Présentation de Gioachino Informations supplémentaires dans une ligne ## Cette semaine, nous vous présentons Gioachino, opérateur de production   Gioachino est arrivé de Sicile il y a 12 ans avec son épouse. Il ne parlait pas français, mais volontaire, il a trouvé du travail immédiatement. Pour quitter son pays natal et venir en Belgique sans connaître la langue, il faut être très courageux et faire preuve de ténacité. Aujourd’hui, il rêve de retourner vivre en Sicile, où il vient d’acheter une maison qu’il rénove. ### Son parcours ![gioachino pasta della mamma](https://blog.pastadellamamma.be/hs-fs/hubfs/gioachino%20pasta%20della%20mamma.jpg?width=329&name=gioachino%20pasta%20della%20mamma.jpg)Carreleur de formation, il s’est dirigé vers une entreprise de pose de carrelage. Il faut dire que ce métier est physiquement très difficile, c’est la raison pour laquelle il a décidé de se reconvertir dans la production alimentaire. Arrivé chez Pasta della Mamma il y a bientôt 4 ans, Gioachino est opérateur de production sur la ligne à cannelloni, c’est-à-dire qu’il confectionne nos pâtes semi-cuisinées. Dans cette catégorie de produits, on retrouve les cannelloni, les roulades et les lasagnes. Gioachino, c’est un homme courageux, c’est simple, il ne s’arrête jamais. Serviable, c’est également quelqu’un de débrouillard. D’une nature plutôt calme, Gioachino est très sympathique, on peut dire que chez Pasta della Mamma, tout le monde l’apprécie.   ### Ce qu'il aime le plus dans la vie Gioachino est papa de Giuseppe, 9 ans. Il aime gâter sa famille, il vient d’acheter une maison en Sicile qu’il rénove, pour le plus grand bonheur de son fils et de sa femme. Grand amateur de football, il sait reconnaitre les grands clubs puisqu’il est fan de la Juve et du Standard de Liège. Il joue aussi, à Flémalle en P4, mais il y n’y a pas si longtemps que cela, il jouait comme flanc gauche en P1 en Sicile et ensuite en P2 à Tilleur. Croyez-le ou non, avant de s’installer en Belgique, il connaissait déjà quelques collègues de chez Pasta della Mamma, qu’il avait rencontré lors de leurs vacances en Sicile. C’est d’ailleurs comme cela qu’il est arrivé chez nous. ### Ce qu’il préfère chez Pasta della Mamma?
